SmartPack warrants that your product will be in perfect condition. If there is a defect of any kind in workmanship or material, you may return the item to SmartPack, within 5 (five) years from the date of purchase, for repair or replacement (at SmartPack's discretion).

Please ensure you retain the purchase receipt for proof of purchase date and that your purchase is registered with SmartPack at www.smartpack.co.uk

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abuse, mishandling or careless treatment of the product or damage by carriers. If your luggage item is damaged during your travels we recommend you contact the relevant airline/carrier to discuss potential remedies.
